Collective payment orders

  • Structured addresses will be required for all parties involved (ordering customer, beneficiary, banks, etc.).
  • The new SIX Implementation Guidelines (version 2.3) will apply.

Our recommendation: check in good time whether your systems support the new PAIN formats.

 

QR-bills

  • Only structured addresses will be permitted.
  • LThe new SIX Implementation Guidelines (version 2.3) will apply.

Our recommendation: contact your software provider to ensure your QR-bills comply with the new standards.

 

MT101 payment instructions via SWIFT

  • Structured addresses will also be required for MT101 messages.
  • Cornèr Bank already supports ISO 20022 messages in the PAIN.001 format.

Our recommendation: start using the PAIN.001 format in good time to avoid disruptions to payments.

 

Information via SWIFT or FTP (account statements, transactions and balances)

  • A transition phase between MT and MX messages is currently in progress.
  • Full migration to MX messages is planned by November 2028.
  • Migration takes place on request.

Our recommendation: speak to your software provider and client advisor in good time about migrating to MX messages.

 

Payments using QR-bills

  • Only structured addresses will be permitted.
  • Make sure you receive QR-bills with structured addresses from your issuing parties.

Important:

Existing standing orders and payment templates must be updated by 13 November 2026 to meet the new requirements.

Some issuing parties - for example, landlords or leasing companies - may send new QR-bills for existing payments. The amount and reference will remain unchanged, while addresses will appear in the new structured format.
